Striking off -Japanese cuisine

Me and my friend visited Phoenix Market City, Banglore.If You have been there,You would know how big it is.We walked a long way an got hungry.

We were searching for a place at food Court and found this gem of a place.

SHIZUSAN, a restaurant that serves Asian cuisine.

We decided to give it a try. Shizusan is a restaurant with bar.They also provide a rooftop kind of service. The restaurant's ambience was good.

The menu card has variety of foods from different Asian countries.I decided to go for Japanese.

I ordered for Salmon Sashimi and Sushi platter.

The Sashimi was the raw fish slices.the sushi is like a kimbap but again wrapped in raw fish instead od seaweed.

I had a different experience eating raw slices.
It was served in a ice bowl.I cut that into a small piece and tasted it and then realized it should be eaten as a whole piece.(Otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat, being Indian we prefer masala and spices,this raw one is definitely gross to us)

They had a soy chilly sauce at the table.I used a small amount of the sauce on that and a whole slice of fish at once.It was different ,I doesn't taste raw unless you had that in your mind.
Believe me it was Good,not bad.Sushi was also equally good.

This is a whole new experience for me.I am glad that it was in my bucket list.

Shizusan also served,other asian cuisines too.

I would recommend this place if you are a fan of asian- they serve chinese,japanese,thai, Vietnamese,malay and Singapore's food too.

Striking off - Fishing

I have done this. Not with a fishing line or net though.Caught fish with shawls and towels :P. There is this beautiful place near my home town. It was a small lake near the falls. We had a good time there. After going home,We fried the fish.

Try street foods in Thailand

If you go through my bucket list,You will find that I want to try food flavours from around the world. But this one is more specific. STREET FOODS IN THAILAND. Remember, we have so many street foods in India. Why do I want to try street food from Thailand. are you crazy? May be I am CRAZYYY! 😀 Thailand's market is equally as crowded as India,If you have seen the pictures.Their street food varieties looks so good! I wonder,If they are truly amazing as shown in pictures and movies. Not Just that!! The real reason is i have been to a Thailand Expo that happened in Chennai.
